Privacy and cookies

How the form works, what your browser stores and where the images on this site come from.

What information do you provide?

The form collects your name, email address, optional company name and message. It is used solely to contact Stravendis about the project you describe. Do not send passwords, access credentials, special category personal data or documents containing customer or employee data.

Providing your data is voluntary. Your name, email address and message are required to send an enquiry through the form. You do not need to provide them simply to browse the site.

What happens to your message?

Messages are stored on the server with access limited to the people handling enquiries. Your email address is not published. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant permission for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Messages are included in backups. The inbox does not automatically delete them after a set number of days; deletion requires action by an authorised person. Backups follow a separate rotation schedule, so deleting a message from the inbox does not immediately remove it from every backup.

Your rights and data enquiries

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may also request data portability and object to processing.

To request access to your message, correct your data or delete your enquiry, use the form and provide the same email address. We may need to confirm that the address belongs to you before acting on the request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or the competent supervisory authority in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.

Cookies and browser storage

The current version of this site does not set cookies of any kind: advertising, analytics or functional. It also does not store data in localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.

The language is determined by the address of the page you open, not by a cookie. App demonstrations run within the open page. They do not create an account or save your choices for a future visit.

Your browser may keep ordinary copies of site files, such as images, fonts or video, to display them faster. This is the HTTP cache, not an advertising identifier or a visitor profile.

We do not display a cookie consent banner because we currently do not use optional mechanisms that require such consent.

How the website works technically

The website does not use external advertising or analytics tools, and it does not embed external fonts. Interactive demonstrations do not send the data entered into them. The contact form is separate and sends a message only when you select “Send message”.

The server hosting the site processes connection data, including the IP address, time and requested page address. Technical logs are used to keep the site running and detect abuse. They are not used for advertising profiling.

The form uses non-public identifiers derived from the IP address and email address to limit spam and duplicate submissions. These are not cookies. Message content is not sent to public pages or AI tools.

Concept images and the use of AI

Realistic visualisations of offices, production, warehouses, logistics and architecture carry a label next to the image stating that they were generated using AI. They depict a concept or an example scenario, not photographs of our premises, team or work for a specific client.

Use cases and demonstration interfaces are examples. We do not attribute fictional clients, testimonials or results to them. Decorative illustrations, process diagrams and abstract animations are not presented as records of real events.
